One craftsman. One vision. One purpose.
Building electric guitars and basses is my passion, not my business. Each instrument is a labor of love. I build what appeals to me, completing one instrument at a time, always searching for that magical combination of feel and tone that will inspire the player and make the instrument a joy to play and tough to put down. Hours of detailed handwork goes into the creation of each unique, signed & numbered instrument.
Crafting guitars one instrument at a time, may sound positively medieval in our modern age of automation and mass production. Until you pick one up and play it.
Beyond the personal satisfaction that I get from designing and building guitars, I also try to "pay it forward."
I donate most of the instruments that I build to charity fundraising events that support education, the arts and the general well-being of children and families in the St Louis region. Instruments donated to charities are “no strings attached” donations: 100% of the proceeds goes to the charity.
"The materials complement each other perfectly and come together to make an instrument that just feels right.
The one-by-one philosophy and craftsmanship just leap from this guitar."
